Before coaching, I spent two decades in executive roles across professional sports, retail, and hospitality shaping fans experiences, scaling strategy into impact, and turning merchandise into storytelling magic. From the outside, it looked like a dream.

But inside? I was tired. The kind of tired that sleep doesn’t fix. Over-functioning. Chasing worth in the form of wins. Slowly becoming a stranger to myself.

Then everything shifted. The job ended. The identity cracked. And suddenly, all the noise stopped.

No title. No schedule. No roadmap.

Just space.

And in that space, I found something I didn’t even know I was missing: myself.

Unsettling? Yes. Transformative? Also yes.

What started as a pause became a turning point. I began writing again. Coaching. Traveling. Asking different questions. Living on purpose. I stopped performing leadership and started living it. Calm. Clear. Connected.

These days, I help other leaders do the same. Ditch the burnout. Lead with heart. Create a rhythm that actually works.

Whether you’re here to deepen your leadership, build a culture your team wants to be part of, or spark unforgettable customer moments, you’re in the right place.

Because when you lead from who you really are? That’s when the good stuff happens.

Human. Grounded. Surprisingly fun.

Welcome to Bunabeesi.

MEET JILL

Coach. Creative. Former retail exec turned leadership whisperer with a healthy obsession for ‘80s alternative, dogs, and finding meaning in the mess.

People always ask: What’s a Bunabeesi?

It’s a mashup of my two dogs’ nicknames, Kahuna Buna and Khaleesi Beesi, and a reminder of the joy that comes when you stop sprinting through life and start dancing in your kitchen again. (Bonus points if it’s to The B52’s.)

  • I have had the fortune of having Jill as my coach for the past year. I have received coaching and counseling at other times in my life, but Jill’s coaching has been the single greatest change agent in my life. She has helped me gain self-awareness, encouraged me to listen to myself, and supported me as I took on big challenges and faced personal and professional obstacles with renewed perspective. She is a smart, insightful, and incredibly talented coach whose skill has infused me with a sense of empowerment over my life. It is because of Jill that I feel that I can create my own life according to my own desires and values and live it with positive deliberation. I cannot recommend her more highly.

  • “Throughout a challenging year in my career, Jill provided invaluable support, helping me navigate complex situations with clarity. Her approach fostered both professional growth and personal resilience, enabling me to overcome obstacles and achieve meaningful results. I am grateful for her expertise and commitment, and I wholeheartedly endorse her to anyone seeking executive coaching.”

    Amber G., Aurora, CO

  • “The breathing techniques she uses helped me relax more and be more engaging during the sessions, while her visionary and explorative questions (eg. helped me visualize myself as a spirit animal that needs self-care) helped me with self-awareness and self-care. Jill has a great skill in helping clients understand themselves better and empower them in their own skin.”

    Aimee S., San Francisco, CA

  • “What I especially appreciate about Jill’s coaching style is her non-judgmental approach. Like a lot of people, I can beat myself up pretty easily, but Jill got me to see myself and my choices differently—and to minimize guilt and shame. I was able to clearly articulate where I wanted to go, and together we made a blueprint to get there. That’s HUGE for me.”

    Mindy A., Tucson, AZ

  • “Not only did I thoroughly enjoy working with Jill, I found it very useful, too. Her relaxed, warm style quickly creates a safe space to explore whatever you bring. But more than that, her presence and awareness mean you can be sure of incisive and perspective-changing questions at key points along the journey.”
